Lara is a graduate of the Massage therapy program at the Acupuncture & Massage College in Kendall Florida and the Teacher Training Course at the Sivananda Yoga Camp in Val Morin Canada. Her training includes Neuromuscular, Swedish, Deep Tissue, Reflexology, Aromatherapy, Shiatsu, Thai, Hot Stone, as well as classical Hatha Yoga, basic Chinese Medicine, Five Element theory, and Qi Gung. Licensed Massage Therapist, Certified Neuromuscular Therapist, Rossiter Technique. Internationally certified in Neuromuscular Therapy specializing in treatments of chronic pain syndromes, repetitive stress injuries, and sports related injuries. He incorporates Deep Tissue, Neuromuscular Therapy, Myofascial Release Techniques, Rossiter Stretching Technique, and Isolated Stretching in his Customized Massage Treatments. Scott is also a Clinical Instructor at the American Institute of Massage in Pompano Beach where he completed his massage therapy certification over 8 years ago. Scott has advanced training in CORE Myofascial Therapy, Mattes Method of active/assisted isolated stretching, Traditional Northern Thai Massage, and Aveda Fusion Stone Massage. He strives to fix your back with all his advanced techniques that make a truly therapeutic combination. Cranial Sacral Therapist attended Upledger Cranial Sacral Training (CST) in 1996 and has completed all continuing education with Upledger Institute. Glenda works as a Visiting Therapist in Upledger’s Intensive Care Program in Palm Beach as well as Downtown Therapeutics in FLL. She is a practitioner of Reiki and has studied Jin shin Jytsu and incorporates these specialized treatments in her CST sessions. She is trained in Somato Emotional Release as well. CST can be Life altering as well as just used as pain relieving. Most of her clients are chronic pain sufferers as well as those who are searching for repressed memory, resolution to long term destructive behavior patterns. CST helps the Client see the patterns so he or she may correct it and lead a happier healthier life. Cranial Sacral Therapy is very relaxing as well as very core work. The client is always in control of the session and moves as slow or fast as the client chooses. CST sessions are performed on a massage table fully clothed wearing comfortable clothing. There are many practitioners with all levels of skill, she practices solely Cranial Sacral Therapy. The session usually last one hour and can be as long as three hours, depending on the client. Glenda has worked with PTSD, ADHD, Chronic pain, Paralysis, Children, Seniors, Depression and many other disorders and diseases. Most clients spend anywhere between 3 to 10 sessions with her. She will encourage re-evaluation after 3 sessions and goal setting up front. The sessions can be done weekly, one day after the other, or monthly. The pace is set by the client and his/her readiness.
